The Senior Manager, Data Analytics leads the development and execution of data strategies that drive business insights and operational excellence. What you'll do:
Identify and evaluate data sources aligned with business requirements and service level agreements to ensure data fitness for purpose.
Translate complex business problems into data-driven solutions using advanced analytics and automation techniques.
Design and implement effective data visualizations and storytelling to communicate insights clearly to stakeholders.
Develop and apply data quality management practices, including profiling, cleansing, and monitoring to maintain high data standards.
Lead data strategy initiatives that optimize data value, accessibility, and compliance with governance policies.
Mentor team members on analytics methods, data quality, and visualization best practices.
Collaborate cross-functionally to align analytics efforts with business objectives and drive measurable outcomes.
What you'll bring:
Extensive experience in data analytics, including big data techniques and automation methods.
Proficiency in SQL, NoSQL, and data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, Python, and R.
Strong understanding of data quality management, data governance, and enterprise data architecture.
Ability to translate complex business problems into data-driven solutions and actionable insights.
Expertise in statistical analysis, exploratory data analysis, and advanced data modeling.
Proven leadership skills in mentoring and developing teams to achieve business objectives.
Excellent communication and influencing skills to present data insights to stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications...

Option 3: 6 years' experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or related field.
1 year's supervisory experience.
