Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, HRM, or related field plus 3+ years relevant experience, or 5+ years equivalent.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial and performance data, build models, and translate findings into recommendations.
Independently own ambiguous work, develop and defend recommendations, influence stakeholders, and drive implementation.
Collaborate across functions and senior leaders, navigate priorities, and communicate complex information clearly.
Use technology, AI, automation, and analytics with sound judgment around validation, risk, and controls.
Experience with sales compensation, incentive design, commission or bonus calculations, supplemental incentives, or ICM platforms.
Experience partnering with Sales or business leaders on compensation, performance, financial, or commercial decisions.
