Position Summary...
What you'll do...
Step into a highly visible leadership role where you’ll help protect the people, operations, and assets of one of Walmart’s large-scale grocery distribution centers.
Supporting an approximately 800,000-square-foot facility with nearly 950 associates and operations running 24/7, 365 days a year, you’ll serve as the facility’s leader and subject-matter expert for Asset Protection, safety, security, and compliance. Your scope extends across the entire property—from the distribution center itself to transportation and the broader operation.
As a member of the facility leadership team, you’ll partner closely with the General Manager, HR, Maintenance, and other leaders to identify risk, solve problems at their root cause, strengthen compliance, and continuously improve how the facility operates.
