About the team:
The team serves as the primary technical liaison between Level 1 Support and Core Engineering (L3), focusing on improving turnaround and resolution times for support queries requiring engineering input. Operating globally across markets, the team ensures clear ownership, defined SLAs, and outcome-based metrics aligned with Walmart’s operational standards. Responsibilities include reducing unplanned work for engineering, strengthening problem management, and enhancing operational readiness.
