(USA) Manager, Facilities Management-Energy and Sustainability Manager at Walmart | LAYIQ

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Energy Engineering or related fields.
At least 2 years of experience in energy engineering, HVAC systems, and building operations
Expertise with BAS systems and HVAC equipment (AHUs, chillers, boilers, pumps)
Experience with energy analysis tools and data analysis tools
Knowledge of ASHRAE standards, commissioning practice, sustainability frameworks, Experience in sustainability projects and initiatives in campus environments
Skilled in managing budgets, financial planning, and capital expenditure related to facility operations.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage stakeholders and support continuous improvement.
The following is not required but also preferred: PE (EIT and working towards PE acceptable), CEM (EMIT and working towards PE acceptable), LEED AP, IAC/ITAC graduates or other energy related certifications
Experience with ESPM, LEED, Building Performance Standards
Familiarity with digital twin platforms, MBCx tools, and BAS/BMS expertise
