What you'll do:
Lead the development, assessment, and validation of advanced analytical models using best practices to ensure accuracy, robustness, and business relevance.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable data science projects aligned with strategic goals.
Guide and mentor team members on advanced modeling techniques, feature engineering, and data storytelling.
Oversee model deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement to maintain performance at scale.
Drive data source identification, quality assessment, and integration to support analytical initiatives.
What you'll bring:
Extensive experience in data science and advanced machine learning techniques, including model assessment, validation, and tuning.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and SQL for data analysis, model development, and deployment.
Strong expertise in data visualization tools and best practices to effectively communicate complex data insights.
In-depth understanding of business context across multiple domains to translate requirements into actionable data solutions.
Proven leadership skills in mentoring and guiding teams on advanced modeling and feature engineering.
