Role summary:
Join Walmart’s Information Security team as a Systems and Infrastructure Engineer III, responsible for the design, implementation, support, automation, and continuous improvement of enterprise identity lifecycle management systems and supporting infrastructure. This role develops and maintains solutions that automate onboarding, workforce transitions, leave-of-absence processing, and offboarding activities across enterprise applications, cloud platforms, and directory services.
About the team:
The Workforce Identity Lifecycle Management (WILM) team oversees the full lifecycle of workforce identities, ensuring accurate and timely account provisioning, updates, and deactivation. The team delivers automated identity services integrated with HR systems and supports platforms such as Active Directory and cloud environments. Focused on identity synchronization, automation, and governance, WILM enhances data accuracy, reduces manual tasks, and maintains secure, compliant identity operations.
