Proven expertise in inventory management, replenishment, and supply chain planning to optimize product flow and availability.
Strong analytical skills with experience in root cause analysis and data-driven problem solving to address inventory and supply disruptions.
Ability to collaborate effectively with suppliers and cross-functional teams to align inventory strategies and improve supply chain performance.
Demonstrated leadership in team development, mentoring, and driving accountability to achieve business objectives.
Experience managing inventory health metrics, including reducing understock, overstock, and aging inventory.
Proficiency in process improvement and system utilization to enhance operational efficiency.
