Senior Analyst, Claims Litigation at Walmart | LAYIQ

Extensive experience in litigation management and claims resolution within workers’ compensation or general liability contexts.
Proven ability to review and analyze claim reports, identify compensability, and escalate potential fraud indicators appropriately.
Strong negotiation skills to resolve claims directly with associates, customers, or legal representatives.
Proficiency in managing outside counsel and collaborating with internal legal teams to align on strategy and settlement.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements, jurisdictional statutes, and claims processing best practices.
Ability to mentor and train associates on complex claims and litigation procedures.
Commitment to ethical standards, compliance, and accurate documentation.
