Security Specialist, H&W Field at Walmart | LAYIQ

Proven experience in corporate and physical security, including asset protection and risk mitigation.
Strong knowledge of security controls, access controls, and incident management protocols.
Ability to implement and monitor compliance with regulatory and corporate policies such as PCI, OSHA, and Fire Code.
Skilled in responding to emergency situations with tactical security measures and crisis response.
Proficient in auditing security systems and maintaining security awareness programs.
Effective collaboration and communication skills to work with internal teams and external partners.
Competence in using Microsoft Office and security alarm devices to support operations security.

The hourly wage range for this position is $22.40 - $33.60*
*The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
