Senior Technician, Facility Services, Food Equipment at Walmart | LAYIQ

Proven experience performing maintenance, inspection, and repair of food equipment and related facility systems.
Proficiency in multiple craft skills including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and material handling equipment operation.
Ability to interpret blueprints, repair manuals, and parts catalogs to diagnose and resolve equipment issues.
Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and company safety regulations with a commitment to compliance.
Experience managing work orders, maintenance schedules, parts inventory, and contractor coordination.
Capability to train and mentor less-experienced technicians through hands-on instruction.
Effective communication and teamwork skills to support operational excellence and continuous improvement.

The hourly wage range for this position is $33.00 - $63.00*
*The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Minimum Qualifications...

Option 1: Vocational or technical certification and 3 years’ experience in plumbing, electrical, material handling equipment, or related area.
Option 2: 6 years’ experience in plumbing, electrical, material handling equipment, or related area.
License in a related trade in the city and/or state where the job is located.
Valid state-issued driver’s license and ability to pass a motor vehicle report.
Commercial driving record with no convictions for DUI, DWI, OUI within the last five (5) years.
Commercial driving record with no more than two (2) moving violations in the last three (3) years.
No preventable accidents while operating a commercial motor vehicle in the last three (3) years.
No serious traffic violations, as defined by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations, while operating a commercial motor vehicle in the last three (3) years.
