What you'll do:
Develop, maintain, and optimize scalable data pipelines and architectures to support business analytics and operational needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical data solutions.
Implement data integration, transformation, and quality frameworks using modern ETL and streaming technologies.
Ensure data governance compliance by applying regulatory and ethical standards in data handling and storage.
Utilize cloud platforms and big data tools to automate data workflows and improve processing efficiency.
Monitor and troubleshoot data systems to maintain reliability and performance.
Provide technical guidance on data modeling, storage, and metadata management best practices.
What you'll bring:
Proven expertise in data engineering, including designing and maintaining scalable data pipelines.
Proficiency in Python programming and experience with ETL processes and big data technologies such as Apache Spark, Hive, and Kafka.
Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, particularly Google Cloud, and modern data warehousing solutions.
Experience implementing data quality frameworks and ensuring compliance with data governance and regulatory requirements.
Familiarity with CI/CD practices and automated deployment in data environments
Solid understanding of data modeling techniques and metadata management across data platforms.
