Experience in real estate portfolio operations, document management, contract administration, payment processes, or related business support.
Ability to research, review, and understand complex lease, contract, invoice, CAM, estoppel, SNDA, and compliance documentation with accuracy.
Strong collaboration skills with vendors and cross-functional partners.
Knowledge of payment coordination, lease deposits, vendor setup, check verification, stop payments, reissues, and transaction support.
Commitment to data integrity, compliant processes, approvals, and audit-ready documentation.
Proven organizational skills and sense of urgency with the ability to prioritize competing requests across multiple workstreams.
Clear communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills with the ability to support process improvements and evolving centralized support models.
