Technician, Facility Services General Maintenance at Walmart | LAYIQ

Proven experience performing preventive maintenance and repairs on facilities, equipment, or fixtures following established schedules and safety guidelines.
Ability to operate, inspect, and maneuver heavy machinery and powered equipment safely and in compliance with certification requirements.
Strong knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations to ensure quality and regulatory compliance in all maintenance activities.
Skilled in managing work orders, maintenance schedules, contractor coordination, and related documentation accurately.
Competence in identifying repair needs, recommending replacements, and conducting price comparisons for parts and services.
Effective communication and teamwork skills to support collaboration and continuous improvement.

The hourly wage range for this position is $26.00 - $51.00*
*The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Minimum Qualifications...

Commercial driving record with no convictions for DUI, DWI, OUI within the last five (5) years.
Commercial driving record with no more than two (2) moving violations in the last three (3) years.
No preventable accidents while operating a commercial motor vehicle in the last three (3) years.
No serious traffic violations, as defined by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations, while operating a commercial motor vehicle in the last three (3) years.
