Proven expertise recruiting design talent across UX, Product Design, UI/Visual Design, Design Research, Content Design, and Design Leadership, with a strong understanding of design disciplines and talent markets.
Strong ability to review and assess design portfolios
Experience partnering with hiring teams to build structured, skills-based interview processes that improve consistency and maintain a high bar for design talent.
Proficiency in analyzing recruiting metrics, pipeline health, and market data to identify gaps, improve conversion, and proactively adjust recruiting strategy.
