Staff, Technical Program Manager at Walmart | LAYIQ

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
7+ years of Technical Program Management experience leading software delivery programs with significant business impact.
Expertise in program management, Agile methodologies, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional execution.
Strong technical foundation in SDLC, system architecture, cloud infrastructure, APIs, and scalable platform design.
Experience leading Search, Personalization, Recommendation Systems, and AI/ML initiatives, including relevance, ranking, experimentation, and user analytics.
Proven ability to partner with Product, Engineering, Design, and Operations teams to deliver technical solutions.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
Proficiency with Jira, Jira Align, BigPicture, and related program management tools.
