Role Summary:
The Item Lifecycle (ILC) team serves as the operational foundation of product execution at Sam's Club. We oversee and optimize key item processes from creation through retirement, ensuring data accuracy, efficient replenishment, and seamless supply chain execution. Through cross-functional collaboration, problem-solving, and operational excellence, we help deliver the right products to the right place at the right time for our members.
About the Team:
The Item Lifecycle (ILC) team plays a critical role in ensuring products are successfully delivered to Sam’s Club members by managing the end-to-end lifecycle of every item. Working closely with Merchandising, Supply Chain, Inventory, Digital, and Supplier partners, the team oversees item setup, maintenance, costing, and execution to ensure accuracy and operational effectiveness. Through strong cross-functional collaboration, the team supports product availability, drives operational efficiency, and enhances the member experience.
