Benefits Assistant
- to join its Administrative Department. This role is designed for a thoughtful, detail oriented early to mid-level professional looking for a meaningful opportunity in a proven and vibrant organization that makes profound differences in the lives of people across our state.
- The Benefits Assistant is responsible for helping employees understand, enroll in and manage their workplace benefits. Candidates for this position should have some experience working in an office environment, providing administrative or client service support.
- This position will be supervised by the Director of People & Culture and will be based in Newark with a hybrid work schedule where we work in the office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
