The (USA) Manager, Supply Planning leads the development and execution of replenishment strategies by leveraging advanced data analysis and digital tools to optimize inventory and supply chain performance. This role collaborates cross-functionally to address supply challenges, improve supplier performance, and enhance operational efficiency.
The manager applies strategic insights from customer behavior and market trends to inform planning decisions, supports financial management through data-driven recommendations, and drives continuous improvement initiatives to ensure seamless supply flow and meet business objectives within a dynamic retail environment.
About the team:
The Supply Planning team partners with cross-functional teams and key suppliers to optimize category in-stock levels and on-time, in-full performance. Utilizing data analysis, strategic decision-making, and supply chain management expertise, the team identifies opportunities to enhance operational efficiency.
