The Director, Business Strategy – Club Transformation leads the development and execution of high-priority transformation initiatives that advance how Sam's Club serves members and associates.
This role translates emerging strategies into executable solutions and operating models, solving complex business and operational challenges, testing new concepts, and building pathways to scale. Working across functions, the Director connects strategy with execution, drives alignment and prioritization, and delivers measurable business outcomes.
