About the Role:
We're looking for a Senior Platform Reliability Engineer to join our Kubernetes platform team. This role will help ensure our Kubernetes platform remains stable, observable, and reliable as it evolves.
Unlike traditional platform engineering roles focused on building new platform capabilities, this position is centered on operational excellence.
You should be curious about why incidents happen, passionate about improving operational maturity, and motivated by helping your team deliver at scale. You'll work closely with platform engineers who build core capabilities while ensuring those capabilities are released safely and operate reliably in production.
This is an excellent role for someone who enjoys improving systems, reducing operational risk, and enabling engineering teams through visibility and automation. You are encouraged to create innovative automated solutions and tools to help debug and resolve problems in production and prevent them from recurring. You should be enthusiastic about taking on new unknown challenges and be able to debug complex problems.
