MG Properties is seeking a motivated

Operations Manager to support apartment communities throughout an assigned region. This role serves as a regional floater and provides hands-on experience in all aspects of property management, making it an excellent opportunity for professionals looking to grow into community leadership.

What You'll Do

• Support daily property operations, leasing, resident relations, and financial performance.
• Assist with budgeting, rent collections, invoice approvals, and vendor management.
• Hire, train, supervise, and develop onsite team members.
• Conduct property inspections and coordinate maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, Fair Housing regulations, and safety standards.
• Build positive relationships with residents, vendors, and team members.

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of onsite property management experience.
• Strong leadership, customer service, and organizational skills.
• Experience with property management software and Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the assigned region.
• Ability to adapt quickly and support multiple communities as business needs require.
