THE ROLE:
AMD is seeking an Sr. Corporate Counsel, M&A to provide strategic legal support for mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and other strategic business transactions. The role serves as a key legal advisor, partnering closely with Corporate Development and senior business leaders. The successful candidate will independently lead significant portions of transactions, identify legal and business risks early, negotiate transaction documents, and help drive post-acquisition legal integration.
This role requires the confidence to engage with senior executives, communicate complex legal and business issues clearly, and build trusted relationships with leadership throughout the transaction lifecycle.
