Senior Decision Scientist

Position Responsibilities: Focuses on advanced analytics, experimentation, and decision modeling to guide business strategy Translates complex business questions into analytical frameworks and delivers insights that improve forecasting, pricing, marketing effectiveness, and operational performance Develops advanced analytics and predictive models to support business decisions Designs/runs experiments and A/B tests and performs statistical analysis, causal inference, and forecasting Communicates insights clearly to business

stakeholders Collaborates with applied AI and data engineering teams to integrate analytics into operational systems Travel up to 25%. Other projects or duties as assigned Required Education and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree with 4 to 6 years of experience in analytics, statistics, economics, or data science or High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) and 7 to 9 plus years of experience in analytics, statistics, economics, or data science Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, or similar analytical tools Work experience in AI,
