About You:

Nutrafol is searching for a Senior QA Analyst who is a strong, hands-on tester with a proven ability to quickly identify bugs and quality issues. Our ideal candidate combines technical know-how, critical thinking, speed, and relentless attention to detail to ensure deliverables are top quality. You should be comfortable testing rapidly changing features, identifying issues others may miss, and clearly communicating defects to product managers and developers.

This is a remote role based in the United States and reports to the SVP, QA and Technology.

Responsibilities:

• Manually test the Nutrafol website for functional, visual, copy, and usability issues in a modified Agile process that adapts quickly to creative change
• Find, clearly report, and track bugs and other defects in Jira, working in close collaboration with the QA lead, product managers, and developers to solve issues
• Ability to quickly understand testing tasks and follow through on testing in a timely manner
• Test ecommerce site across desktop, mobile, and tablet viewports and devices, as well as test across different browsers

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in manual Quality Assurance Testing of websites and mobile apps within an eCommerce environment
• Strong attention to detail and exceptional communication skills (oral and written)
• Good knowledge of JIRA and other QA/development tools
• Good understanding of Agile workflow and development methodologies
• Experience working with multidisciplinary teams of developers, designers, product managers, and testers
• Passionate about the customer experience, and what can be done to improve it
• Understanding of regression testing and Progressive Regression Mapping
• Recent hands-on experience using AI tools to create test scripts, troubleshoot issues, analyze results, or improve overall testing efficiency

• Nutrafol takes into consideration a wide range of factors in final compensation decisions, including but not limited to: skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs. The listed range is applicable only to the annual base salary and does not include additional perks, benefits, or applicable bonus eligibility comprising the total compensation package.

Salary Range: $110,000 — $125,000 USD
