Responsibilities This opportunity is full-time, offers full benefits, and a convenient days(6:30am-7:00pm) or night (6:30pm-7:00am) schedule and rotates every other weekend and holiday. The Licensed Practical Nurse is accountable for assigned nursing care activities on a shift basis and is responsible for promoting and enhancing professional nursing practice on the unit under the direction of the Nurse Manager or DON. Monitors and documents patient condition and interventions provided reporting finding to the unit Charge Nurse/RN Monitors Nursing and Clinical Care plans and participates in Treatment Team meetings as necessary Provides supportive counseling and patient education The Licensed Practical Nurse
