The Microsoft Acquisitions and Venture Success (MAVS) and Corporate Development organization leads comprehensive technical and commercial due diligence, integration planning, Day 1 and post-close execution, and deal performance governance across Microsoft's acquisitions, divestitures, and strategic ventures. We bring insights, clarity, and adaptable solutions that enable success across people, product, go-to-market, and operations.
