Position Summary
Supports the maintenance department by accurately processing repair and maintenance invoices and maintaining records. Coordinates with vendors and ensures timely data entry into internal systems.
Major Tasks and Responsibilities
Receives, reviews, and processes incoming maintenance-related invoices.
Verifies invoice accuracy against work orders, purchase orders, and vendor agreements.
Communicates with vendors and internal departments to resolve invoice discrepancies or incomplete documentation.
Enters invoice data into maintenance and financial systems accurately and in a timely manner.
