Location: Hybrid (3 days in office per week) in Allen, TX or remote in AZ, AR, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, IN, IA, MD, MI, MN, MO, NC, OH, OK, PA, SC, TN, TX, WA, VA

We are looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to support and drive consultative sales opportunities in New Market Verticals by driving self-sourced leads for your pipeline while also partnering closely with internal stakeholders to achieve team goals and work toward Resi’s mission. What You’ll Do:

• Develop and execute sales strategies targeting specific accounts in the New Market verticals given our unique ICP.
• Present Resi’s product and solutions, demonstrating how live streaming can address the unique challenges and goals in various new market contexts.
• Own inside and outside sales process at Resi.
• Guide prospects through the buyer’s journey, providing tailored solutions for their needs.
• Create and manage a pipeline of qualified sales leads, successfully closing deals to meet or exceed quotas.
• Build and deliver customized demos of Resi’s platform with a focus on each prospect's unique needs and application.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address technical challenges and ensure seamless implementation for educational customers.

What You’ll Bring:

• Proven success in consultative sales roles
• 3+ years of direct SaaS sales experience with sales prospecting techniques, such as cold calling, emailing, and social outreach.
• Track record of achieving sales quotas.
• Experience working with a CRM.
• Fair understanding of sales performance metrics.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to negotiate various sales process lengths.
• An understanding of or interest in learning broadcast and production technology.
• Ability to create and deliver compelling presentations
• Success in this role requires a high degree of strategic flexibility to adjust plans based on real-time market feedback and fluid business objectives.
• Exceptional comfort with ambiguity and the ability to maintain focus and drive results despite frequently evolving scopes and goals.
• Highly adaptable with the skill to prioritize tasks effectively amidst a degree of unpredictability
• Must be a flexible and resourceful self-starter.
• Work Environment & Physical Demands: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer will be required. This role consistently operates standard office equipment such as computers and phones. This is largely a sedentary role but may occasionally require lifting up to 50 pounds, walking, bending, or standing as necessary.
