Manager, Sales Development Representative
Location: Hybrid (3 days in office per week) in Allen, TX only

The Sales Development Manager is a leadership position responsible for overseeing and directing a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), and SDR Team Lead(s) in generating leads and constructing sales pipelines. This role ensures that the team achieves its targets through effective coaching, performance management, and strategic planning. Proficiency in GTM AI enablement and use by the SDR team to drive efficiencies and increased productivity is essential to this role.
