Business Development Representative (BDR) / Location: Central or Eastern Time Zone

Quisitive is hiring a Business Development Representative to build pipeline and drive revenue alongside our campaign marketing team and an assigned team of Account Executives. This is a targeted, relationship-driven role built around responding to inbound interest, multi-threading into accounts, and running campaign-aligned outbound, not high-volume cold calling. BDRs stay engaged with AEs well past the first meeting, helping nurture opportunities.

Location

This role supports Quisitive's East territory.

Candidates within the Central and Eastern time zones are preferred to align with territory coverage and team collaboration.

What You'll Do

• Respond quickly to inbound leads, qualify the full buyer group, and schedule 15 to 25 qualified meetings per month.
• Multi-thread into target accounts and keep CRM records accurate and current throughout the sales cycle.
• Research each account's existing Microsoft relationship, licensing, and funding position to sharpen qualification and give AEs a strong handoff.
• Partner with the campaign team to align outbound with events, webinars, and other demand generation tactics, using ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to build target lists.
• Run targeted, account-specific outbound through Salesloft, referencing trigger events and campaign content rather than generic messaging.
• Stay engaged with AEs after the first meeting to help nurture opportunities into pipeline, and use AI tools such as Copilot to speed up research and follow-up.

What You Bring

• 2-5+ years inside sales experience across both inbound follow-up and outbound prospecting, with a track record of booking meetings that convert to pipeline.
• Experience with list-building and campaign-based lead generation using tools such as ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or Salesloft.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, and comfort multi-threading across a buying group.
• Excellent CRM hygiene, organization, and time management under a high volume of activity.
• A self-starter who takes ownership of accounts independently and adapts as priorities shift.
• Nationally focused (U.S.) sales experience, with a strong preference for candidates in the Eastern time zone given this role covers Quisitive's East territory.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

• Experience partnering with a marketing or campaign team on demand generation tactics.
• Experience coordinating with channel or alliance partners on joint account outreach.
• A proven, personal system for prioritizing accounts and managing follow-up.
