Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities Brasfield & Gorrie has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Project Manager to join our Miami, FL team. Responsibilities and Essential Duties include the following (other duties may be assigned): • Review and finalize project business plan(s). • Assemble project management team with division management. • Assemble field supervision team with General Superintendent. • Review and evaluate prime contract with project owner and division Management. • Lead correspondence with the Owner, Engineer and Architect.

• Responsible for procurement and management of third party consultants (waterproofing, QC, geotech, etc). • Manage subcontractor default insurance/risk mitigation plan for project(s). • Obtain builders’ risk, general liability insurance and bonding as required for compliance with prime contract. • Create staging, logistics and phasing plan for project(s). • Work with Pre-Construction department to transition the project from estimating to project management. • Oversee issuance of subcontracts and purchase orders.

• Work with project management team, scheduling consultant, and/or field supervision to schedule the project. Monitor overall project schedule on a monthly basis. • Oversee submittal process. • Establish project schedule of values and billing and payment application requirements. Track account receivables. • Review and estimate project contract changes (drawing revisions, ASI’s, contract change directives) and coordinate with project delivery requirements.
