Overview
The HR Recruiter is focused on attracting and efficiently hiring qualified and competent employees who embrace the Covenant HealthCare Mission and Values. The HR Recruiter will collaborate with human resources leadership, the recruitment team, and Covenant leadership. In addition, the HR Recruiter integrates a thorough knowledge of the recruitment cycle (posting, reviewing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding) and human resource practices to meet current and future staffing needs.
Specific responsibilities include the development/implementation of recruitment plans, position advertising and marketing, screening, and interviewing applicants; relationship building and adherence to federal and state employment laws. The HR Recruiter demonstrates a professional, enthusiastic, open-minded attitude towards all candidates throughout the recruitment cycle.
The HR Recruiter demonstrates excellent customer service performance in that their attitude and actions are always consistent with the standards in the Vision, Mission and Values of Covenant and the commitment to Extraordinary Care for Every Generation.
