Overview
This is a full-time, hybrid career opportunity based out of our Jersey City location in Jersey City, NJ.
Responsible for the oversight of excellent operational performance within assigned centers. Serves to champion a culture of customer experience, compliance and operational excellence. Implements policies and procedural changes while continuously seeking opportunities for process improvement. Recognizes training gaps and creates learning opportunities. Conducts and inspects various financial center assessments to ensure understanding, accuracy and completeness.
