Overview
Lutron Electronics Co., Inc. has an immediate opportunity at our Ashland, VA facility for an Equipment Support Technician on 1st shift.
In this hands-on role, you’ll play an important part in keeping our manufacturing operations running at their best. You’ll maintain, repair, and troubleshoot the testing and manufacturing equipment used to produce our high-quality products, helping ensure our processes remain safe, reliable, and efficient. You’ll also have the opportunity to work with state-of-the-art manufacturing technologies and advanced test equipment, including new systems being qualified by our Engineering team to support the launch of next-generation products.
