The Pharmacy Technician III assists pharmacists in preparing, compounding, and dispensing medications and are accountable to the supervising pharmacist who is legally responsible for the care and safety of the patients served by the pharmacy. In this entry-level role, you will work under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist to assist with medication preparation, dispensing, inventory management, and customer service activities. This position plays an important role in supporting patient safety, medication accuracy, and efficient pharmacy operations.
Position Summary
The Pharmacy Tech I assists pharmacists in preparing, packaging, and distributing medications while maintaining compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations. The technician performs routine pharmacy functions and supports daily pharmacy operations under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist.
