The Marketing Strategy Director will be responsible for developing and implementing regional and local marketing plans, in addition to overseeing community engagement plans. This role will serve as the main point of contact and will collaborate closely with leadership and local teams to ensure seamless coordination, prioritization of work efforts, and accurate reporting. This role's focus will be on driving patient growth and retention and building the ministry's reputation and brand presence across the region.

The Director will be responsible for overseeing client relationships in their designated region and local communities.

Position Details:

Lead regional marketing and community engagement initiatives that drive growth and strengthen brand awareness.

Partner with leaders and community stakeholders to execute strategic campaigns, events, and outreach efforts.

Analyze performance and ROI to optimize marketing effectiveness and achieve business goals.

Support organizational priorities through collaboration, change management, and relationship building.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of marketing, communications, or leadership experience. Healthcare and team leadership experience preferred.
