TeamSnap is seeking an Account Manager to own strategic relationships with our largest Sports Organization customers, driving retention, product adoption, and growth. This is a results-driven role built for someone who thrives on managing complex, high-value accounts through a consultative approach — not a high-volume, transactional book of business. Ideal candidates bring strong B2B relationship management skills, a consultative sales approach, and a collaborative mindset that makes the whole team better.

What You'll Do:: Manage a portfolio of our largest accounts

• , establishing strong relationships and hitting retention goals
• Run demos of TeamSnap platforms to show the value of new products or add-ons
• Use account and usage data to drive proactive outreach
• — building account plans, spotting risk or expansion signals before customers raise them, and communicating results
• Drive a value-based sales process
• , uncovering customer needs through deep discovery and customized demonstrations of the capabilities that solve them
• Manage your upsell pipeline to hit renewal and expansion targets across your portfolio
• Follow up on marketing-driven campaigns
• , turning outreach into your portfolio into real engagement — identifying challenges, educating customers, and creating growth opportunities
• Serve as the "Voice of the Customer" internally
• , escalating product feedback to ensure proper product prioritization

What Will Set You Up For Success:: 1-3+ years of experience

• in Customer Success, Relationship Management, or Account Management, preferably in a SaaS environment
• A proven track record of hitting retention and expansion targets
• Experience managing complex, high-value accounts where relationship depth matters more than volume
• Ability to travel occasionally
• , including our annual company meeting, periodic sales team meetings, potential trade shows, and client visits
• Sports industry experience
