ABOUT THIS POSITION: The Cultivation Flowering Associate is a hands-on, essential role within our Cultivation team. You'll work closely with our Flowering Supervisors and Managers to nurture and manage our plants from growth through harvest. No two days look exactly the same — you'll rotate through a variety of tasks including transplanting, pruning, defoliating, trellising, integrated pest management, harvesting, bucking, trimming, drying, binning, curing, waste disposal, and keeping your workspace clean and organized.

- YOUR DAY TO DAY: Conduct daily plant inspections, watching for pests, pathogens, mold, fungi, or other concerns
- Execute plant care processes — pruning, moving, trellising, harvesting, trimming, drying, and curing — in line with company protocols
- Perform routine plant maintenance across all stages of the growth and harvest cycle
