The Purchasing Coordinator supports daily material purchasing and coordination across all markets. This role ensures all parts and materials are ordered accurately, tracked through delivery, and received in alignment with company standards. The Purchasing Associate plays a key role in maintaining steady material flow to warehouses and field technicians while upholding accuracy and timeliness within ServiceTitan.
What You’ll Do
- Purchasing & Order Execution
- Create and manage purchase orders (POs) for inventory and non-inventory items within ServiceTitan.
- Source materials from approved suppliers and obtain competitive pricing to support cost control initiatives.
- Monitor replenishment levels for warehouse and vehicle stock; place orders as needed to maintain established minimums.
