This role manages a team of data scientists responsible for a portfolio of diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive analytics projects to support data-driven business decision making in Generative AI Projects for FAS Division. Supports the continuous evolution and strategy of Vanguard's data science capabilities. It applies advanced data science techniques to uncover trends from large datasets and inform strategic decisions across diverse business areas such as Marketing, Sales & Digital.
Core Responsibilities
Oversees and engages in deep dive diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive analytics to support data-driven business decision making in Traditional AI & GenAI Projects. Creates alternative model approaches to assess complex model design and advance future capabilities.
Manages a team of data scientists responsible for a portfolio of diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive analytics projects to support data-driven business decision making. Supports the continuous evolution and strategy of Vanguard's data science capabilities.
Identifies and diagnoses data inconsistencies and errors, documents data assumptions, and forages to fill data gaps.
