The Solutions Associate Manager (Korea) acts as the primary client-facing operational and administrative liaison between local partners and The Orchard’s global Legal, Finance, Operations and Rights Management teams. Moving away from traditional standalone label support, this role owns the full end-to-end client onboarding, supports digital release logistics, handles financial/administrative escalations, and delivers actionable performance analytics.
The ideal candidate is a corss-functional problem solver with a strict “see-it-through” mindset, dedicated to eliminating operational friction, safeguarding royalty flows, and supporting roster growth.
