Workplace manager at Watershed | LAYIQ

3+ years of managerial experience in Workplace, Events, or similar employee-facing roles, ideally in a fast-paced environment supporting 150+ people.
Demonstrated experience planning and executing events, from small employee gatherings to large-scale company events.
Committed to being in-office Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm; occasional early mornings, evenings, and front desk support may be required.
Strong initiative, attention to detail, and customer service orientation.
Ability to appropriately handle sensitive and confidential information.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees, leadership, and external vendors.
Creative and proactive mindset, with a passion for enhancing the day-to-day employee experience while effectively managing costs.
Hands-on, resourceful problem solver with a “can-do” attitude.
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
Knowledge of Notion, Envoy, and Google Workspace is a plus.
Must be willing to work from an office 4 days per week (except for remote roles)
Watershed has hub offices in San Francisco, New York, London, and Mexico City and satellite offices in Denver, Sydney, Paris, and Berlin. Where we have offices, employees are expected to be in office for 4 days per week. Certain jobs are open to being remote and will be specifically noted on the jobs page and in the job description if so.
