WHOOP Labs is the research and hardware validation arm of WHOOP, focused on conducting user research to validate next-generation features, experiences, and technology.
WHOOP is hiring a Human Factors Researcher II, Design Research to lead end-to-end research initiatives focused on physical product interactions and usability. In this role, you will partner closely with cross-functional teams across Industrial Design, Engineering, Regulatory, Product, and Research to inform product strategy and validate design decisions throughout the product development lifecycle with a balance between software as a medical device (SaMD), hardware, and non-regulated software usability.
