Senior Revenue Recovery Analyst at Whoop | LAYIQ

5+ years of experience in payments, revenue operations, fraud/risk, or similar field
Demonstrated experience using data and experimentation to identify opportunities, diagnose issues, and drive measurable business outcomes
Experience developing or optimizing strategies related to payment recovery, fraud and abuse prevention, loss prevention, or similar revenue-protection programs
Strong analytical and financial acumen, with the ability to quantify the impact of revenue leakage and build compelling business cases for solutions
Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives involving Product, Engineering, Finance, Operations, or other stakeholders
Ability to balance revenue optimization and risk reduction with the member experience, applying sound judgment in ambiguous or rapidly evolving situations
Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex problems and data into clear recommendations for technical and non-technical audiences
Strong commitment to embracing and leveraging AI tools in day-to-day tasks, ensuring AI-assisted work aligns with the same high-quality standards as personal contributions.
This role is based in the WHOOP office located in Boston, MA. The successful candidate must be prepared to relocate if necessary to work out of the Boston, MA office.
