Staff Electrical Engineer at Whoop | LAYIQ

Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
8+ years of relevant electrical engineering experience, with demonstrated technical leadership and ownership of complex electrical or embedded systems
Deep electrical engineering fundamentals across mixed-signal circuit design, power management, digital interfaces, signal integrity, and debugging of highly integrated systems
Exceptional hands-on test, characterization, and debugging skills, with the ability to use experimentation and data to understand complex system behavior and drive meaningful design changes
Strong experience with schematic capture and PCB design/review using ECAD tools such as Altium or equivalent
Demonstrated ability to lead ambiguous, cross-functional technical investigations, mentor other engineers, and drive complex engineering decisions to closure
Strong commitment to embracing and leveraging AI tools in day-to-day tasks, ensuring AI-assisted work aligns with the same high-quality standards as personal contributions.
This role is based in the WHOOP office located in Boston, MA. The successful candidate must be prepared to relocate if necessary to work out of the Boston, MA office.
