People Systems Specialist at Whoop | LAYIQ

2–5 years of experience in HRIS administration, HR technology, or a related systems role
Hands-on experience administering and supporting Workday HCM, including business process configuration, organizational structures, reporting, and system maintenance
Experience supporting a Workday implementation, deployment, optimization, or major system go-live, including testing and data validation
Experience developing Workday custom reports, dashboards, and calculated fields
Strong understanding of core HR processes, employee data, organizational structures, and the employee lifecycle
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into practical system solutions
Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain a high level of accuracy, and handle sensitive employee information with discretion
Strong commitment to embracing and leveraging AI tools in day-to-day tasks, ensuring AI-assisted work aligns with the same high-quality standards as personal contributions.
This role is based in the WHOOP office located in Boston, MA. The successful candidate must be prepared to relocate if necessary to work out of the Boston, MA office.
