Surety Broker; Construction & Infrastructure Group Join Aon's Construction & Infrastructure team as a Surety Broker, where you'll help clients navigate complex bonding requirements and support the success of major construction projects. In this client-focused role, you'll manage surety accounts, identify growth opportunities, and deliver trusted advice and innovative solutions that help businesses thrive.

This position starts in-office to support onboarding and team integration, then transitions to a hybrid work arrangement with a minimum of three days per week in the office.
