Additional Information About the Role
BJC HealthCare is seeking a dynamic and patient-focused Patient Access Supervisor to lead a team of Prior Authorization Specialists supporting our oncology services. In this leadership role, you will oversee daily operations, develop and implement policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with established standards to support timely access to care for oncology patients.
This position combines operational leadership with direct patient engagement, requiring a commitment to exceptional service, collaboration, and continuous process improvement. The Patient Access Supervisor will also monitor team workload and productivity, ensuring appropriate work distribution and efficient authorization processing to support both patients and care teams.
Must be located in the greater St. Louis area.
