As a Product Manager at Globus Medical, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of intraoperative neuromonitoring system (IOM). We're looking for someone with strong instincts for customer needs, especially those of physicians and patients, and the drive to deliver real clinical and commercial impact.
You will be responsible for managing the lifecycle of our products, staying deeply connected to the market, and ensuring alignment between engineering, clinical, and commercial strategies. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in taking ownership within a fast-paced environment.
Product Strategy & Market Developmen t
Conduct ongoing market research, competitive analysis, and customer needs assessments to identify market opportunities and support product positioning.
Gather Voice of Customer (VOC) feedback from surgeons, healthcare professionals, and key opinion leaders (KOLs) to define product requirements and guide development activities.
Being the main Point of Contact (PoC) of Surgeon Design Teams
Develop market requirements, product positioning, value propositions, and differentiation strategies.
Monitor industry trends, competitive products, and emerging technologies within imaging, navigation, robotics, and neurosurgery markets.
Evaluate market potential and support business case development for new product opportunities.
Product Development & Cross-Functional Leadership
Partner with R&D, Clinical, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams throughout the product development process.
Translate customer and market needs into functional and design requirements for new product development.
Participate in design reviews and provide commercial input during development activities.
Lead development of product launch plans and commercialization strategies.
Ensure alignment between customer needs, business objectives, and development priorities.
Commercialization & Product Launch
Develop business plans and commercialization strategies for new product introductions.
Create product launch materials, marketing collateral, sales tools, and promotional content.
Develop and deliver product training programs for internal teams, distributors, and customers.
Support sales enablement initiatives through clinical, technical, and competitive product training.
Partner with commercial leadership to drive successful product adoption and market penetration.
Product Lifecycle Management
Manage product forecasting, inventory planning, and product performance post-launch.
Track key business metrics, market feedback, and customer adoption trends to inform product decisions.
Develop recommendations for product enhancements and lifecycle management initiatives.
Support portfolio planning and long-term growth strategies within the Imaging, Navigation & Robotics portfolio.
Serve as the product expert for internal and external stakeholders.
